Error Codes
AI Service Errors

| AI-001 | Connection Timeout | Check your internet connection. |
| AI-002 | Invalid API Key | Check your settings configuration. |
| AI-003 | Service Overloaded | The AI provider is busy. Retry in 1 minute. |
| AI-005 | Invalid Response | The AI returned malformed data. Retry the request. |
System Errors

| NET-001 | Offline | Reconnect to the internet. |
| APP-001 | Internal Crash | Restart LifLen. |
| AGT-003 | App Control Failed | Ensure Excel/Word is not stuck in a dialog box (e.g., "Save As" popup). |
Common Issues
"Windows Protected Your PC"
Because LifLen is a new software, Windows SmartScreen may flag it. Solution: Click More Info -> Run Anyway. This warning will disappear as more users download the app.
Agent not typing in Word
Ensure the Word document is in "Edit Mode" and not "Protected View" (often happens with downloaded files).
